Can’t believe I haven’t done one of these in so long! I think the last one was like November? It has been a while you guys. But anyway, I didn’t have much to love in January but I did rediscover my love for some products thanks to my February #BeautyPassport series! So I’ll be combining a little bit of January and February favourites in this post. Let’s cut to the chase, shall we?
First off, my obsession with hand creams has gone way overboard in January as I bought one too many of them. But one particular product struck me in a different way and it was actually a Christmas gift, which is the (1) L’Occitane Shea Butter Hand Cream. I love this particular one because the scent is very, very faint (which I love) and the moisture lasts a surprising amount of time!
February was also the month of Korean Kraze for me as I have been obsessed with a couple of Korean skincare products and they are (2) Son & Park Beauty Water and (6) Neogen Bio-Peel Gauze Peeling Wine. Man do they make a great pair! The Beauty Water is my favourite toner ever. It doesn’t leave any weird scent or feeling on my skin and it really refreshes my skin and I reach for it every time my skin is feeling a little bit overwhelmed by the Singapore heat. And girl, that Neogen wine exfoliator is one of the most luxurious steps in my beauty routine that I look forward to every week! I love, love, love Korean skincare!
Also, I have fallen back in love with some of my spectrum brushes, especially this lady here (3) Spectrum A04 brush. I think it was intended to be a blusher brush? But I personally use it as a setting powder brush and the shape of it is just perfect for my under eye area and the bristles are super soft and just look at how pretty it is!
I also have been loving a couple of super french favourites, which are mmy (4) Bioderma Sensibio Micellar Water (which I did a review on here!) and my (5) Evian Facial Spray. I think the French are really spot on with their multipurpose products. I use the Bioderma micellar water not just to remove my makeup but also to wash my face. And the Evian facial spray is not just another perk me up facial spray, I use it to set my makeup and rehydrate my skin before bed time too. I mean, these products are genius! And again, this are all old time love that I rediscovered thanks to my #BeautyPassport series.
Speaking of #BeautyPassport, I would like to thank all of you for all your kind support and lovely feedback on this original series. I really did have a lot of fun researching on different countries and sharing my findings with you. I hope to be inspired to create more and more original series in the future that I hope you will come to love too.
